Dos and don’ts

• Arrival Check-in from 16:00 to 20:00
• Departure Check-out from 08:00 to 10:00

Please inform Borgo dell’Uccellaia in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking or contact the property. The contact details on your booking confirmation.

Payment

• July and August: minimum stay 5 nights
• The deposit must be paid within one week from the time of booking
• Free cancellation within 30 days before check-in
• The balance must be paid before check-out

Other information

• The accommodation is not available for stag or hen parties.
• No night closed. You can enter and leave the property at any time.
• Children and extra beds. Children are welcome. There is no space for extra beds in the room.
• Domestic animals. Pets allowed on request.
• Party. It is not allowed to organize parties / events.
• Rest time. Customers must respect the rest period between 22:00 and 08:00.
